For the moment, I am pausing my posts on my Europe trip. The incessant rains in Chennai has caught in all attention for the week. The city has been quite badly hit. As usual, the local channels have politicised the whole issue just like they did during when Tsunami had hit. I am just not going to blame the government for all this. I sincerely feel it is the system and the safety related methodologies which are to be blamed. It has been a trend that all the basic safety awareness and precautionary measures comes into picture after a disaster strikes. This picture shows the temple in the flooded Kotturpuram next to the almost submerged housing board apartments. All in the eyes of God.
